1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing face-swapper.org or any of its tools, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Face Swapper for lawful, personal, and commercial purposes including:

  • Creative projects such as entertainment, art, and storytelling where all depicted persons have given informed consent.
  • Professional photo editing and retouching on images you own or have rights to.
  • Educational or research purposes that do not involve the creation of harmful content.
  • Marketing materials where subjects have provided written consent for image modification.

3. Prohibited Content

The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement:

  • Creating non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) - Placing any person's face onto sexually explicit content without their explicit, informed consent.
  • Generating any sexual content depicting minors, regardless of whether real individuals are used.
  • Creating deepfake content intended to harass, threaten, defame, or extort any individual.
  • Impersonating a real person in a way intended to deceive, defraud, or cause harm.
  • Producing disinformation - Fabricated media designed to mislead the public about real events or statements made by real people.
  • Using the service to create content that incites violence or hatred against any individual or group.
  • Uploading images of individuals without their knowledge or consent, particularly in private contexts.
  • Processing content that you do not have the right to use or modify.

4. User Responsibility for Uploads

You are solely responsible for the images and files you upload to Face Swapper. By uploading content you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use the content.
  • You have obtained the informed consent of all identifiable individuals in the images for the specific use you intend.
  • Your use of the resulting output complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts where we have reason to believe these conditions have not been met.

5. Processing Statement

When you submit images for processing, you grant Face Swapper a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process those images solely for the purpose of delivering the requested output to you. This licence does not extend to training AI models, sharing with third parties for commercial purposes, or any use beyond the immediate processing task. All uploaded files are automatically deleted within 24 hours as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. No Guarantee of Service

Face Swapper is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Face Swapper and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Free Service, Credits & Future Premium

Face Swapper's tools are currently provided free of charge. We use a credit system to pace heavy automated usage: each account starts with a free credit balance, and credits can be earned at no cost (for example by logging in daily and referring friends). Credits have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, and may be adjusted, expired, or reset at our discretion.

We intend to keep the core tools free. However, we reserve the right to introduce optional premium features, paid plans, or usage limits in the future. Any such changes will be communicated in advance, and any features that are free today will remain usable under reasonable terms.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or our Content Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and your account data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy. You may also delete your own account at any time from your account settings.

Refunds for paid plans in the event of termination for policy violations are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
